I was supposed to run 2 miles today but only got in 1.5 because my hips and knees were really bothering me. Plus I ended up walking a bunch of it. When I came home I rode the bike for 30 min. I really like biking but I wish I could get more into running.
For breakfast I had a bowl of frosted mini wheats with almond milk.
Lunch was a three cheese baked ziti, an orange, some crackers with guacamole, and a weight watchers dessert
